Open Position:

Office Assistant

We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team at Big Water Marina. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support, handle office tasks, and assist customers in ensuring the smooth operation of the office duties.

Job Duties:

  • Perform general office duties such as data entry, filing, and handling correspondence, creating and sending contracts for slip tenants.

  • Assist in managing office supplies and inventory in the store.

  • Support with scheduling boat rental reservations and camping reservations.

  • Help in organizing events and coordinating projects for holidays and other Summer events here at the marina.

  • Provide customer support and handle inquiries regarding pricing for rentals, cabins, RV sites, and slips.

  • Assist in transcribing documents and maintaining records for tenants.

  • Aid in managing Marina Go and other software systems.



  • Proficiency in Google sheets and docs

  • Strong customer support skills

  • Familiarity with boats and marinas

  • Proficient in calendar management and event planning


  • Strong organizational skills

This position offers a great opportunity for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys working in a dynamic office environment.
