Yes, we have a boat ramp with private access available to marina tenants and campers. Access to the boat ramp may be restricted during holidays and events. Please contact our office at (864) 226-3339 with any questions.

We do not currently have covered slips, but it is in our future plans to add them to our boat storage options.

Big Water Marina does not have jet skis rentals at this time. Our current lineup of boat rentals at Big Water Marina includes pontoons, kayaks, stand up paddle boards, and new hydrobikes!

No, South Carolina law states that persons 16 years of age and older are legally able to operate a personal watercraft (PWC) without restrictions; however, we do require all renters to be 25+ years of age. A licensed USCG Captain is available for hire upon request. We accept cash and card for watercraft rentals and campground reservations. Please note: all reservations must have a card on file.

Yes, in appreciation of our service women and men, we offer at 10% discount* to all active and retired first responders and military personnel. To receive the discount when booking online, please call us at (864) 226-3339 or email us at info@bigwatermarina.com to verify your eligibility. To receive the discount on-site, simply show a valid ID card at checkout. *Discount applies to all booking types and select retail items.

Yes! Big Water Marina & Campground is dog-friendly to friendly dogs in accordance with SC leash laws. Pets are allowed in most areas across the property – including at the restaurant, RV campground, Splash Island, pavilion, and may be allowed on boat/watercraft rentals. Pets are not allowed in our tiny cabins. Note: Other pets may be allowed with prior approval from marina management.
